Need Salon/Stylist/Colorist recommendations
I finally picked a style I like and I think I want hilights again (havent had them done since June '06).....now I just need a salon, stylist and colorist!!
I live in Queens, but will go ALMOST anywhere. I just want a great cut and hilights! I was going to a slalon in Forest Hills but the girl I was using for 4 yrs left, I tried another girl there but she was too bossy and wanted to do my hair HER way (cut and color).

Try Intercessions in Flushing on Francis Lewis Blvd. They have great colorists and stylists!

Until recently, I always went to separate places for my cut and color.
Yolanda at Louis Licari for color in NYC and Jamie at Nubest in Manhasset for cut.
I also went to this guy Edge at D&B Salon in NYC for awhile for both cut and color actually.
Chickie at Christie's in Bayside does good color, but I never had a good cut there.

I really like Stephanie at Studio Z on Bell for cuts and CiCi for color.

I've been going to Alice at Alice Haircare on 70th & 2nd for 5 yrs and LOVE LOVE LOVE the color and cut every time I leave there. She completely rescued my hair.

I went to Bridget there and was very pleased with my cut and color. Very reasonably priced too.
Jason at Ted Gibson salon on 5th Ave. is amazing with highlights. He is pricey, but worth every penny.
Jenny B (stylist)and Courtney(colorist) at Cutler are both excellent.
My old stylist moved to a place I believe it's called Serenity. His name is Koby. I went to him for a couple of years and I was never disappointed.
