How is it possible to have this much air in the human body?
Technically: When pregnant your digestive system relaxes- causing food to take longer to digest. This ensures the food is in your body for a longer time, thus absorbing more nutrients. However, a relaxed digestive tract means relaxed gas reflexes. Thus the sneakers. It also means constipation, which doesn't help the smell.

Thanks for the explanation, makes complete sense. Guess I should be getting use to it since it's going to be sticking around for quite some time.
