Exposure to Roseola
Anyone know of the risks of being exposed to a child with Roseola? (I was this past weekend). Anyone in 2nd or subsequent pregnancy and had a child have it during their pregnancy?? My doctor's office told me not to worry, but I am!!

Re: Exposure to Roseola
Roseola is so common that you've more than likely been exposed to it before and are probably immune to it already, even if you aren't there supposedly isn't much of an effect on your baby- like your OB said (it isn't like rubella, chicken pox or fifth disease). Your OBs office is aware of the exposure- let them know if you develop symptoms, though. Try not to worry

Re: Exposure to Roseola
My DD had it last month after a fever she had for a few days, her Dr said not to worry that I can't get it. Its not contagious.
ETA: Here is some info I got on it, it's only contagious to children 6 months to 2 years, not adults.
