Congrats!!!
They may listen for the heartbeat, weigh you, and of course do a pregnancy test. Mostly just have any questions you have ready.

Re: Room for one more
Congrats! It depends on your dr. With my 1st they just took my history and did an internal. With my second they only did the blood test to confirm the pregnancy and then set me up with another appt for a sono. The next visit after that they did the internal, pap, urine, etc (I changed ob's)

Re: Room for one more
Welcome. My first appointment was at 6 weeks and they took some blood, confirmed the pregnancy and I spoke with the doctor. I had my first sono at 8 weeks.

CONGRATS!!!!!
Urine sample, PAP, and internal sono. They may draw blood from you on your first visit or schedule an appointment for another day.

Re: Room for one more
Congratulations!!!!
At the first visit, the doctor will take blood to confirm the pregnancy. I had to go back a few weeks after that (8 weeks) for my first real visit, and at that one they take more blood (CBC, HIV test, etc.), urine, weigh you, and take your health history if you have not already give one. The doctor may also do a pap smear at this visit. Then, you get to ask all your questions, so bring a list. I know I had tons.
Some doctors will do a sonogram to date the pregnancy or send you elsewhere to have this done, but not all do this.
