My DH came to some of my OB appt's not all, I get send out for my sono's so he always came to them and still does now with this baby. He didn't mind the internal exam's, why would he? its something my Dr has to do.

My dh has been to every visit but the first to confirm the pregnancy. He just stands at my head when they use the wand  . Hell he was there for the scan at the MFM before I was even pregnant so I think he is good for anything.

DH has only missed one appointment so far, but it was a five minute doppler apt.

My Dh has come to all of mine. We did IVF and he came to every appt for that so he is well used to me getting internal exams!

my DH came to my first appointment and after that just to my ultrascreen and level II sono. most times you'll just pee in a cup, get weighed and they'll quickly check the heartbeat and you're done. i don't really feel like i need him there.
my dh has been present when i've had an internal and i didn't find it uncomfortable. your dh could always leave the room for that part if either of you are uncomfortable with it. if you have a sono at 10 weeks it might be an internal sono where they insert this wand thing into you.

with my first PG, he was there for all the sonograms...
Now with this PG, he has only been to the Level 2, he has a different job now and his schedule doesn't really jive with the appts which is fine...
No, he was not there for internals and even if he was at the appt, I would not bring him into the room, I would find that strange and I think he would be uncomfortable with that...

He comes to the appointments that I can schedule in the evenings, which have been most. I think when it's time for internals he'll prefer to step outside.

DH came to my first two and both were internal sonograms. He was so cute, he was amazed that they did the sono that way. He thought it was cool..
I don't plan to drag him to the pee in a cup one I have coming up.

I don't expect DH to come to every appt, but when they will do sono's, level II and growths I'd like to schedule those appointments when he can come.
