My engagement ring, wedding band, claddagh ring. Then I usually wear a necklace and earrings- I switch those up though.

i wear the same thing everyday if i am working or not, i feel naked w/o jewelry
-engagement ring and wedding band
-tiffany mesh ring on right hand
-diamond stud earrings or new mesh hoops to match my ring
-one of several necklaces
-watch

My wedding band and a watch. I don't wear my e-ring when it's humid or my fingers are swollen.
I used to wear the same diamond earrings every day but I stopped putting them on every morning when I got laid off in December 2004 and now whenever I attempt to wear any earrings, my ears burn or itch so I take them out within seconds!

Earrings...
High School Graduation diamond studs from my parents in my third holes. Never take them out.
Tiny sterling hoops in my second holes. Never take them out.
And mostly every day for the past 10 years, I wear my most favorite earrings. If I had a dollar for every total stranger who's complimented me on these earrings, I'd be rich. I mean women will cross a room to tell me, even men say something! I love them! The best is, they are sterling and cz!
Necklace: White gold and diamond cross on white gold thin chain.
Rings: Wedding band and engagement ring that sometimes gets switched with a simple sterling silver band I bought for gardening/yardwork and boating/beach.
I try to change it up with my many other pieces of jewelry but I usually end up with just my basics!

After I sold the house, I wanted to treat myself to a really nice diamond bracelet. But when I went shopping and steered for the typical style/setting I always went for, I decided to mix it up! I bought myself a white gold diamond necklace w/diamond hoop earrings. The necklace has a bunch small hoops (one diamond/one plain, etc) that lead to a center fixture with three hoops (s/m/l) in diamonds. I know I'm not explaining it well but it's a very unique piece. I also wear my diamond hoops and the diamond studs I won on LIF  On my finger, I wear a silver/CZ ring that John gave me.

I wear my wedding and engagement ring on my left hand and a diamond ring my parents bought me on my right. I also wear my watch and a David Yurman bracelet that DH got me. I usually wear silver hoops.
