OPEN HOUSE THIS WKND
Hi there . Im new to LIF , but have been on LIW for a while now.
I am selling my home in hicksville. & was told to spread the word over here 
We have outgrown the house , otherwise Id be staying put. Its a great area & a really well kept home. Here is the link to the listing on here .

EDITED to add we've listed with a Realtor now, as we want to sell fairly quick. The price has also been dropped .
We found another home & are anxious to get out !!!! & GET IN ,,
Here is the link to the MLS listing. They are doing a open house THIS weekend.
It really is a great house . Huge Huge Yard. Has 2 kitchens , 2 full baths , EVERYTHING has been updated or new. Boiler, kitchens paint,etc ...
It'd be great as a rental as well..

Even though your kithens are updated and beautiful, there is a lot of clutter on the counters. Clear them off and make it look "clean". It will help sell it quickly.

LOl I only wish I could stash it, i dont know what your seeing , but whats on the conter tops may look clutter , but its just a coffe pot, knives & paper towl holder, the back spalsh is mirrored , maybe thats why it looks that way. My realtor said its fine, so I m going to go by what she says for now. but thanks for the advise,,
plus right now , my house is decorated for halloween,

i agree.. i think even just taking the stuff off of the top of the white cabinets will make a difference. i know when we were selling our house, it was such a pain keeping things we used everyday packed up and put away... but it really is worth it. we sold our house in about 2 weeks by doing that and always keeping things put away. think of it as a way to start packing up early. box up any decorations/knick knacks you don't NEED, even go through closets and pack up stuff you don't NEED ( having less stuff in teh closets makes the closets look bigger to buyers). box it up and maybe take it to a parents house or a friends house just while your house is in the market. like i said, this is what we did and our house sold VERY quickly.
also, maybe try taking some pics during the day to get better lighting. i know its hard with it getting dark early now, but maybe this weekend when you're home during the day take some pics and have your realtor use those, or go into work a half hour later one morning and take some pics before you head in.... again, this is what we did. we just e-mailed them to our realtor and she liked them enough and used those instead of taking her own.
the house looks like a great family house, though.. good luck!!!

ITA! Also in the second kitchen picture there are pots and pans drying that need to be put away and some utensils in a tomato sauce can that is a great idea but not so great when trying to de-clutter to sell. Your Halloween docorations are very cute but that could also be a little intimidating to a potential buyer. Not everyone will appreciate them like you do. When my parents sold their house they were complaining about how they needed to keep it so tidy all the time and what PIA it was but it helped.
I hope this helps and you sell your house quickly!

Thanxs For all the input, As I said , I just listed the house last week & just wanted to spread the word on here.. The pictures were taken last week in a rush to just get some sort of picture so that there isnt a listing with NO picture. Again the clutter is alot of halloween decorations, & the realtor will take updated pictures after today , so they are not dated. I hope I am not coming across nasty , as I am just trying to say , Hey my house is for sale, & here is what it looks like & after the holiday is when it will apppear less , xoxox

Very nice house, but as someone who just recently bougth a house, I would say that the picture of your kitchen & living room look somewhat cluttered. When we were looking , the houses that had everything put away, just seemd to attract more people. I think its a psychological thing...LOL

Your house looks like it has a lot of potential, but I agree with the others that you need to take away the clutter. The first picture of the kitchen makes it look really small with all the stuff on the counter. In the living room you should pack up as much as you can, all those personal things can really scare off a buyer. If you are looking to sell quick, these are things you really should do.
