Karrine Steffans may be richer now, but she hasn't lost her appetite for famous men.

In her memoir, "Confessions of a Video Vixen," the woman known as "Superhead" wrote about the drugs and self-hatred that drove her into cheap romps with Usher, Diddy, Vin Diesel, Shaquille O'Neal and Ja Rule, among others.

Having sold more than 350,000 copies, she's back with "The Vixen Diaries." Though its tilted toward self-help (and self-aggrandizement), her new book has a few good servings of celebrity tenderloin.

Mike Tyson, she writes, "loves the same way he fights: hard and rough. His kisses are like uppercuts, and his lovemaking is like a title match. And as he proved against Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson is a biter. His passion manifested through pain as … I endured the extreme force of his 200-pound frame colliding into mine, he kissed, sucked and bit me overzealously. I was in excruciating pain as we continued in this manner for several hours. At the end, I was covered in bruises and bite marks and vowed to never have sex with him again."

She also went a round with boxer Antonio Tarver shortly before his marriage. As she watched Antonio kiss his new wife, Steffans muses, "I recalled his face and lips [exploring my body] … I wondered how I tasted to her."

She was revolted by one "A-list name-above-the-title" Oscar winner who invited her to his Beverly Hills mansion. "I wanted to tell him that I … no longer wanted to be around him. I never got the chance. The next thing I knew, he was on all fours and naked on the bed. I don't have a strong enough stomach to describe what happened in the hours that followed" — except to say that, for him, it was more like a colonoscopy.

She denounces those vicious rumors that she came between Eric Benet and Halle Berry, and Chris and Malaak Rock. She also maintains she didn't have sex with Whitney Houston's husband, Bobby Brown, though she says, "I kept Bobby close to my heart." Meeting after a time apart, "he embraced me as I whispered, ‘I love you,' and he returned, 'I love you, too.'" But she says Brown later told "me I had done nothing for him, while he was sleeping in my home, eating my food, driving my car and spending my money." After a tryst with Ray J, she told Brown that the rapper claimed he'd added Whitney's name to his bedpost. "I could hardly wait to get the news out, to tear [Bobby's] heart apart and hurt him the way he hurt me, I wanted him to go to bed that night with the image of his wife with another man."

Jamie Foxx told her, "Damn, you're pretty!" when they met. "When Jamie Foxx offers to massage your body at four in the morning, after a bottle of Champagne and two shots of Patron, it's hard to say no," she writes. However, Jamie soon figured out she was "that Karrine." Foxx ran in the other direction, leaving the author "depressed. Jamie had no idea that he made me cry all the way home and in the days that followed."

Comic Bill Maher delivered her greatest heartache. "In January of 2006, Bill and I split. Three days later, I suffered an emotional breakdown and was sent to the hospital for psychiatric observation. I cut my wrists and started drinking myself into an emotional tailspin. At the end of the night, the love of my life was gone and so was my son, Naiim," taken away by Child Services.

Karrine eventually won her precious boy back. She remains friends with Maher. In fact, she dedicates her book to him.

Denise Richards is pulling out all the stops in her custody battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. We told you yesterday about Richards' bid to keep their two daughters — Sam, 3, and Lola, 2 — from staying at Sheen's house. Among her weapons: the sworn declaration of their former nanny, Diana Alvarez.

Among other allegations, Alvarez raises the specter of whether Sheen inappropriately touched the girls' "molees" (their nickname for breasts) and their "tushys." Though she lacks concrete evidence, Alvarez claims to be "concerned." She's also "alarmed" by Sheen's sleeping in the same bed as Sam when his fiancée, Brooke Mueller (above, with Sheen), is in the guest room.

Sheen, who fired Alvarez after accusing her of spying on him for Richards, calls the "diabolical accusations" in Richards' filing "laughable and inane. … During the 18 months before my request to select my own child care provider, not a single complaint was made … by either Ms. Richards [or the nanny]."

Richards acknowledges in her filing that Sheen had been trying to make amends with her. In an Aug. 24 e-mail, he apologized for "[my] vile attacks on your very soul … A comment about your poor Mom … your professional status … your abilities as a mother, as an actor, all need to be wrapped in shame, and rocketed out into some distant soundless galaxy, where they could flame out."

Oscar de la Hoya also likes white fishnets, if you believe that's him in the latest batch of photos of the boxer on X17online.com. The new shots show him wearing a pink miniskirt, a T-shirt with ladies' breasts and a white bra. The site says another girl, "Maria," is ready to spill more about their costume parties. Meanwhile, we hear that Oscar kicked up his heels at a party after a Victoria's Secret lingerie show a few years ago in New York. According to a source, "He stripped to his briefs, put on one of the models' feathered angel wings and screamed, 'I'm the Devil in disguise!'"

Did you ever have one of those days when you wake up and realize you should have married Joe DiMaggio?

Sandra Grant Bennett, the mother of singer Tony Bennett 's two daughters, has.

"Thank God my divorce papers are finalized with Tony after all these years," she said in a statement to reporters yesterday. "The Tony I knew is not the same smiley Mr. Nice Guy the world knows."

The timing of the statement was something of a surprise, since Bennett married his third wife, Susan Crow, in June.

But Sandra continues: "Tony is not much of a gentleman compared to Joe DiMaggio. After Joe divorced Marilyn Monroe in 1954, I was with him on and off for many years until I met Tony. Joe was a lot more of a gentleman than Tony — I guess I married the wrong man!"

"Richie ... Richie Sambora... Has anyone seen Richie Sambora?"

That was Jon Bon Jovi from the stage of last week's Save the Music benefit, when John Mayer filled in for his missing bandmate.

But it turns out Sambora, 48, had checked himself into rehab on Sept. 17 at the Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah (where Lindsay Lohan is also recovering).

Sambora spent a week in the UCLA Medical Center detox program in June, but was forced to exit rehab for a promo tour of Bon Jovi's new album, "Lost Highway." Sambora has admitted, "I was drinking too much and needed to get my life together." He has been traveling with a sober companion.

Star magazine reports he has checked himself into a four-week program.

The good news is that Sambora should be available to join Bon Jovi for a 10-show stint at the new Prudential Center in Newark, starting Oct. 25.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are making the most of their time in New York: The high-wattage couple have packed their schedules for Wednesday, meeting with diplomatic and financial leaders to promote various causes.

The first stop of the day... The Clinton Global Initiative, where Pitt asked for support for his Make It Right program. He's partnering with billionaire Steve Bing on the project, which plans to build 150 affordable – and environmentally sustainable – homes in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward. Pitt and Bing have each promised to match donations pledged during the initiative up to $5 million.

In the afternoon... Jolie is slated to attend a press conference with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guteres, to talk about a new campaign, Nine Million, aimed at improving education for refugee children around the world.

Then in the evening... Jolie, a Goodwill Ambassador for the U.N. refugee agency, is scheduled to speak at a session focused on education for children in war-torn areas such as Darfur and Iraq.

The busy day of high-powered goodwill work is hardly unusual – Pitt is already working with Global Green to create environmentally friendly housing in New Orleans, while Jolie has done extensive work in her role at the United Nations.

In was also announced Tuesday that Jolie would meet with British Foreign Secretary David Miliband in New York to discuss global diplomacy.

And if that's not enough, Pitt's doing a little acting, too: He's filming Burn After Reading, which costars his pal George Clooney.

Newlyweds Usher and Tameka Foster are going to have a boy, he revealed to PEOPLE Tuesday.

When asked what he is looking forward to most about being a new dad, Usher, 28, said his desires are pretty basic.

"I just want my son to fully be coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost," he told PEOPLE at the USHER for Men and USHER for Women fragrance launch party at Cipriani in Manhattan.

"I've found that it is a step-by-step process. You can wish for a million and one things. But I hope that my son has the same energy I had as a child," Usher said. "Hopefully, he won't be as bad as me. I hope that he's just a healthy son."

Usher is already getting what he hopes for, considering he announced, "I want it to be a boy," on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in August.

On that same show he also gave some hints about what he'd name his male progeny. "If it's a boy, I'm going to name him Usher," the musician – full name Usher Raymond – said. "I'm hoping to name him that. I've been playing with a few names. I'm the fourth. Usher Raymond IV. I just want to pass the name on. Maybe I'll change the middle name."

Mom-to-be, Foster, 37, told PEOPLE she's feeling "beautiful" but having odd cravings.

"I eat ice all day," she said. "It's a weird thing. I love it. Now I'm thinking about ice. I want to find some ice."

Foster also admits that while she's aiming for a natural birth, it might not happen.

"I don't want drugs," she said. "I'll try. I say that now. You call me about ten hours into labor. I'll be asking for everything. Vicodin and everything."

Also on hand was Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton, who has reportedly clashed with Foster. Patton did not attend their wedding, but is looking forward to the couple's birth. "I'm very excited about being a grandmother," she said.

RENÉE Zellweger has a big heart. Wendy Faracino, a Bobbi Brown makeup artist at Saks Fifth Avenue in Southampton, was on her break and looking at a pair of Manolo Blahniks when Zellweger strolled up and the two began talking about shoes. Barely 15 minutes after she went back to work, Faracino was approached by the shoe department's manager with a gift-wrapped box. "These are compliments of Renée Zellweger. She wanted you to have them," he said. Inside were the Manolos she'd been admiring.

FRIENDS of Pamela Anderson are worried about the bombshell's increasingly wild behavior. "She parties almost every night," our source said. "She drinks, she does stuff . . . and she's got hepatitis C. Her liver is shot but she keeps living this crazy lifestyle. We don't think she understands how serious this is. She has two kids and may not be around to see them grow up at this rate." The increasingly haggard pin-up has gotten even wilder now that she's hanging with Paris Hilton's sex-tape partner, Rick Salomon. "They went wild over the VMA weekend," the spy added. "I just watched them party with my jaw open." Anderson's two boys with Tommy Lee, Dylan and Brandon, are mostly taken care of by her brother or mother while she stars in Hans Klok's magic show in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, she's telling pals alternately that she is either engaged or already married to Salomon, whom she's only known about six weeks. A rep for Anderson said she'd get back to us.
