I right with you... I feel so guilty on the days where all I want to do is sleep. Bagels help sometimes.

I hardly had any MS, but my cousin is PG now- and having bad MS, and swears by chocolate pop tarts. She lives on them, and cannot get out of bed without eating one!

Get ginger candy, I had the chewable and the sucking candy and it saved my life.

Re: What really helped you through your MS?

Honestly, nothing helped mine. What made it more bearable was just to constantly eat. BRU sells preggo drops and preggo pops. They are super sour hard candy. Maybe those will help.

Of course after the morning sickness wore off, I had the sugar issue and couldn't eat anything without feeling like I was going to pass out.

Bagels with cream cheese, loads of ginger ale, potato chips, sometimes vitamin water...that's all I can think of right now. I hope you feel better!

Re: What really helped you through your MS?

honestly, nothing made my morning sickness better. i survived on whatever i could tolerate in the moment. for a while i subsisted on apples, bananas, and almonds. i lost 10 pounds.

the most important thing, imo, is to keep yourself well-hydrated. drink whatever you can stomach, and drink a lot of it if you are vomiting. i couldn't keep down any fluids, not even water (it was actually worse than other stuff), and i ended up in the hospital.

Honestly, I didn't find much. I know keeping my stomach from getting too empty seemed to help--as soon as I got hungry, I got nauseous.

Ginger ale helped sometimes, but not always.
