Aahhh, 1996, I remember it well... On a nostalgia kick, huh?
I so rarely download anything from iTunes anymore. According to them, my last few purchases were "Put Your Records On" by Corinne Bailey Rae, "Smile" by Lily Allen, "Suspended from Class" by Camera Obscura, an exclusive Belle & Sebastian live album, and an episode of "Battlestar Galactica."

Re: The last 5 songs you downloaded from iTunes
Oh! I just saw that you want suggestions for new music. From the last few CDs I've bought I'd recommend:
- Anything off the new Sondre Lerche album "Phantom Punch," especially "Airport Taxi Reception" and "After All"
-"Phantom Limb" by the Shins
-"1 2 3 4" or "My Moon My Man" by Feist
-"Intervention" by Arcade Fire
"Pull Shapes" or "We are the Pipettes" by the Pipettes
"Fraud in the 80s" or "Like U Crazy" by Mates of State
I mostly like indie stuff, but the stuff I've listed here is really accessible and listenable. Let me know if you try any of it!

Wow. Thanks everyone.
Except for the Fugees & the Commodores, I don't know one song that's been mentioned. As I said, Wow.
I guess I'm a bit out of the loop.

I bet you will laugh when I tell you that I know someone in Camera Obscura also...
You name the Scottish Indie Band, I know someone who plays in them...
eta...love the Pipettes, loved Pull Shapes (that was in my car ALL last summer) Now listening to Maximo Park, Robyn, Girls Aloud, Midlake, Cherry Ghost...
