BLOCKED ON EBAY PURCHASE... auction ending in minutes!!!! what to do?
i want to buy something REALLY BAD on ebay.
i asked the seller a question a few days ago. today, i run home from work to place a bid, only to find out that the seller is blocking me?!
what can i do?!

Honestly that's not a good sign.
Why would someone block you if you asked a question? Unless the question "disturbed" them.
Then.. I would run from the purchase anyway! I would not feel comfortable. I would feel he/she had something to hide.

Why would someone block you if you asked a question? Unless the question "disturbed" them.
Then.. I would run from the purchase anyway! I would not feel comfortable. I would feel he/she had something to hide.
I agree...what is the item? Can it be found anywhere else?

I was thinking the same thing.
This doesn't seem to be a good sign to me. I would look elsewhere for the item you want to buy.
What are you bidding on?

it's a knitting pattern that was just discontinued.
the seller is selling it as a kit with yarn. i don't care about the yarn, i just want the patter.
the question i asked was if he would be willing to add delivery confirmation, so i can track the item.
his answer was a little rude, but it was an answer. he said that the buyer pays for that and that he isn't responsible for anything that i don't insure.
i sent a question asking why i'm blocked buy i haven't received an answer

i'm so heart-broken right now.
he still hasn't answered my message as to why i'm blocked.

i thought of that. when the "warning" came up, it says that if you buy the item with another account, you could be banned from ebay. dh sells on ebay, so i don't want him to get in trouble.
i spoke to a friend of mine who buys/sells a lot on ebay. she told me that sometimes sellers block people with little feedback. crazy
