I love her. One of my most vivid memories of living in the UK was watching her wedding processional from my uncle's office. It was amazing to see all those people lining the route, and that beautiful horse drawn carriage going down the streets. We were a few floors up, so we couldn't see her but we saw all of her dress filling the carriage, and a bunch of my uncle's co-workers came in and we had a party in their conference room watching the tv coverage.

Seeing her running to her children with her arms open and the largest Smile on her face.
She loved her boys so!

I like that one too.
I once made the mistake of saying in front of MIL that I didn't think she was that pretty...   I was going to say that she wasn't conventionally beautiful, but that she had something about her that was very attractive and charismatic, but yeesh, you'd think I just said the moon was made out of green cheese!

So sad! I remember I absolutely did not believe it when it happened.
I also remember how my mom and I got up so early to watch her wedding on our old TV with rabbit ears. I feel like we couldn't see it very well through the static, but we had to watch it. It seemed like a real-live fairy tale to me.

It is very surreal to this day. Her class and beauty was always timeless.
I would like to add my favorite memory of her. I thought she was so cool because she liked Duran Duran just like me!

I re-watched her story on the biography channel last night - I could never get tired of watching her. She had a sad life but matured into such a beautiful woman. I can't believe she was younger than I am now when she died

That's mine too. I can't find the photo I was thinking of... She was completely uninhibited when her kids were around.
What princess goes on a log flume?

I remember I worked a late shift at Old Navy and I got home at 2am and turned on the TV.

To this day it tears me up - first and foremost she was a mom who wanted her children to have the most normal life possible! I love this picture so much!
