No, about 6 or 7 minutes away. DH followed him. BUT, it was his wife's house and she allegedly kicked him out. So, the cop said he shouldn't have even been there.

GOod job for both of you being so attentive and proactive!
does he live on your block? (you said your hubby tookdown his address).
your hubby's brave to have tried to follow him, but next time it's not worth his safety. (let the cops handle it, and I dont mean that in a bad way towards the cops)
what a scary world, I was JUST about to post another "car games" story that happened to me.

****UPDATE**** DH and I were making dinner and I saw the guy pass by one more time (this was number 10 in about 6 hours). DH took off after him and followed him. DH got his address and license plate number. When DH arrived back home, a police officer happened to be sitting outside of our house giving out tickets to people who run the stop sign. DH and I let him know what was happening. Our neighbor came outside and told us and the cop that a blue minivan has been driving by the house saying hello to her 8 year old daughter!!!  I'm so happy the cop came!! He went and drove to the address of the guy and the guy denied that he was there. The cop said that the guy has a really long rap sheet and was in jail a few times. He also told the guy that there was a picture of him sitting at the stop sign (good thing I took a pic ). The guy continued to deny it and the cop wrote him a ticket. The cop came back and told us to call 911 if he comes by again. We are keeping our doors and windows locked for a while!
That is so great that you spotted him and were suspicious enough to alert the police.

No, the guys lives about 5 minutes from us. Actuatually, it was his wife's house and the cop said that his wife kicked him out so he wasn't even supposed to be there.
I think the guy may have seen DH follow him in his work truck. The cop said that if something happens to our property and/or cars, he would be the first person they look for.
