I would do the O% CC and take out a cash advance. You can do a google search for exactly what you're loooking for
same here.

I would use the 0% credit card and pay it back within the promotion's time period. It's borrowing money for free. Just make sure the cash advance has the same 0% as a balance transfer. A lot of time the cash advance is charged a much higher APR then even purchases.
