Pre-Natal Yoga
Does anyone go to yoga? If so do you find it beneficial?
I am thinking about going, how would I try and find out about local classes?

I haven't started it yet (just getting my energy back now) but I bought the Gaiam Pre-Natal Yoga dvd (love the other Gaiam yoga products).
