The kids who were killed in Newark
Execution style  How terrible..they were college students...it reminded me of a few years ago when those kids were murdered in a Wendy's (in queens i think?), also exec. style. What is wrong with people? Their lives had just begun

so sad- they have no idea who did this
I just read the article on MSNBC- and they make of point of saying the kids have no criminal records- that bothers me for some reason- like b/c if they did -this would be explained

Are you talkign about the kids who were killed had no record or the ones who did the killings.
Either way i see nothing wrong with it. I think that if you are refering to the kids who were killed the point of saying that would be that these kids were not involved in criuminial activity before such as gangs and stuff so its a bit shocking they were killed like this
OR
If you are refering to the killers well i guess the point of stating that would be to just point out this was their first criminal act.
Either way very sad for the familes.

they were refering to the kids that got killed- they don't know who killed them
I think saying they are going to college in fall paints the picture of them being good kids well enough
but I see your point about saying they have no records- b/c of the way they got killed
