He is my best friend and the most selfless person i know. He's the type of man who would give me his last bite of food if we were starving. He takes care of me. I know that no matter what, he'll always catch me, he drops everything when i'm sad and keeps me laughing and happy. i couldn't imagine my life without him and i would never even want to try. he is without a doubt, the best thing that ever happened to me and marrying him was the best decision of my life.

Dh and I had to write a letter to each other for precana before getting married, we read them the last day, i would have died if the priest read them, definately make a copy and reread them when you are not so happy with each other, it reminds you of all the wonderful things you love about him
i married dh because he is truly the nicest and most caring person i know, everyone we know and meet likes him, its sickening!
he makes me laugh, listens to all my nonsense and still loves me when i am being a huge b!tch, and i feel he makes me a better person

We did this as well for pre-cana but then chose to read these letters to each other at our mass when we got married
So many reasons I wanted to marry DH but a few of them were
i can truly be myself around him, he is my best friend, I can share anything with him, I feel so connected, like we are so connected and get each other
he made me laugh like no one else
so caring, loving, always puts me first

No other woman made me feel as attractive and wanted as Jodi did.
I'm basically a shy, quiet person and didn't have much experience in the dating department. She's the longest I've ever been in a relationship with and now I'm proud to say that she's my wife, uh, I mean my DW! 
ETA, she puts up with my dry humor as you can see!

He knows how to handle me.
He loves me unconditionally and puts me first.
He has a big heart, is caring and sensitive.
I can tell he will make a wonderful Father.
His love is something that never waivers and is always consistent.
I can count on him to be there for me and just be there in general no matter what.
He tells me when I'm wrong and supports me when I'm right.
He has the ability to drive me crazy-- in good ways and bad!
I always feel protected and well taken care of.
He is so loyal- there's no way to measure how loyal he is.
He is affectionate and no one has ever made me feel as good about myself as he has.
He brings out the absolute best in me and we compliment each other.
Most of all- I chose him because the list of why will never end.

So, I asked him what he would write and he asked me to get up so he could write it!!! Wow, I got him off the couch Here goes:
She always knows exactly what to say to make me feel better.
She believes in me and gives me the strength and confidence I need when I am faltering.
She provides me with endless support and motivation.
There is always a smile on my face when I look at her.
She always makes me laugh.
Her generosity is unmatched.
Her selflessness is unending and I am always surprised how much she will do for people. Even those that have proven themselves undeserved of her efforts.
Her genuine personality. There is not a hint of being fake ever.
When she laughs it is with all of her being and she never holds back.
Even when she is driving my crazy and I can't stand her, I still miss her after not seeing her all day.
Because she accepts me for all my good qualities and all of my bad ones.
Because we kiss good night, every night.

I married him because of the way he makes me feel, the way he smiles at me so I know it's just me...I love the fact that he remembers little things from when we first dated.
I never thought I would meet a man as sweet, honest and lovable as Dan is...and almost four years after our wedding I still thank God for him almost every day.
