Candles at AC Moore
I'm tired of spending $$$ on Yankee candles...I mean really...20 something dollars on 1 candle.
Soooo.. I was over my friend's house last night and they had candles (the same size as the big Yankee candles) from AC Moore for $3.93 and it smelled so good. I went today and got 6 big candles for 20 dollars. They were on sale 3 for 10. I lit my raspberry sorbet in my bathroom and it smells soooo good!!
They had really good scents...I got lilac, raspberry sorbet, french vanilla, cucumber melon, magnolia blossom and sweet pea.

I like their candles too. they don't last as long as the more expensive brands, but they're just a fraction of the cost, so you're still way ahead with the cheaper ones.
they also aren't as strong as Yankee candles. those give me a headache! WAY too powerful of a scent

Re: Candles at AC Moore
Wow I have to check them out!
Can anyone who has used them already tell me if they notice any black marks on their ceilings or walls though?
I had this happen one time from inexpensive candles and ever since then I have been nervous about using anything other than Yankee Candles.
I had flat paint on the wall at the time and the soot marks wouldn't come off no matter how hard I tried!

Do you know if they had unscented? My friend is having a terrible time finding them for her centerpieces for her wedding.

I know...you have the Yankee Candle Outlet in your dining room. I should go shopping at your house...
