Going to kill DH!
so he started atkins last week. I hate to sound selfish but I HATE when he goes on this diet. it makes meal planning very difficult. Saturday morning rolls around and he declares that he will only do atkins M-F  ok, whatever.
then last night he had a lemon ice and triscuits. but I can't put any ketchup in the meatloaf

 I feel your pain. DH is constantly going on Atkins. Now it's a little bit easier because I started seeing a nutrionist who put me on a low-carb plan.

Seriously, your DH sounds a little neurotic. 
Tell him to sh!t or get off the pot with the Atkins thing, and GIRL! Put some ketchup in your meatloaf!!!!!!

Atkins doesnt work if you only do it monday through friday - If he is going to do Atkins, he has to do it 7 days a week.

but you can do a modified Atkins where you follow a low-card diet all week.
Atkins doesn't work unless you do it for LIFE.

seriously! I feel like telling him to do it but then our food bill for the week would triple

i hear ya, my DH follows WW only M-F. actually, Sun night through Thursday night, he takes the weekend off. and then he wonders why the scale never moves!
