Ebay Help!!!!!
I am watching something. No one has bid on it and it starts at $50.
I emailed her and told her I am willing to give her $100 cash/paypal and pick it up as soon as she wants.
She emailed me back 2 days later and said that someone from Queens is very interested and is offering her $250. We are willing to go that high but I think she might be lying.
Should I bid on it so she can't take it off ebay and just see what happens?
I emailed her that we are willing to pay more but haven't heard back from her.
I am getting sooo nervous

Re: Ebay Help!!!!!
If it's something you really want, I would place a bid for your max price and see what happens. The email bargaining kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't want to conduct a private deal with her without the paypal/ebay protection.

Re: Ebay Help!!!!!
I would bid the $50 for now and watch the auction. Make sure you are home to bid in the last minutes of the auction. If need be then bid your maximum.
She is probably lying.
