We have a 35 hr work week. If we work more than that, it's considered "flex time" and we can deduct it from the following work week by coming in later or leaving earlier.
Yeah, my job is similar - I have a 40 hour work week - anything over the 8 hour day is considered "credit hours". I can use those credit hours whenever, wherever I want, no questions asked. It's pretty sweet.
