im a mess
i pulled my upper side sneezing and now it hurts so bad.. i pulled it a couple weeks ago coughing with allergies and now i really pulled it again .. anyone know of any home remides?

I have no idea, I have a pain in my left side that I am finally going to Dr. for today. I hate to be a big baby, it's just so hard to know what's normal or not. The changes are so amazing. I brace for coughing/sneezing.

Yikes, did you try a heating pad/warm compresses?? I'm sorry this happened, feel better!

no i did not try that i have just been relazing alot i had spasms b4 i was in a lot of pain right now it seems ok.. if it keeps up by mon i will call the doctor
