Back from 37th week appointment
I see a lot of us had appointments today! right now I am at 1 cm and 90% effaced... the doctor said that baby's head is very low... since I got back I've had a bit of spotting, hoping thats normal!

When I was pregnant with my first, every internal appointment I went to I had spotting. It's normal.

yup i guess spotting/bleedsing after the internal is normal as i just posted with the same thing

Thats good progress!!! Once your all effaced, I bet you dilate some more and just think as of right now..only 9 cm's to go!
