Had my 36 wk appt today...
and all is well! 
Baby's heartbeat is nice and strong and he's head down. The pressure I've been feeling is just the baby pushing on his mommy. My doctor was honest and said I'm unfortunately going to be uncomfortable for the next 3 weeks until I deliver. We're almost there!
Now if only it weren't so freaking hot outside.
