someone said that this is used in combo with b6 for MS, its a sleeping pill, is this true??? very confused!

Yes that was me. You take only 1/2. I was very worried being I am petite (under 100lbs) I thought I was going to wake up. I told my doc that and she laughed. After about 1 week it doesnt help you sleep but will help the MS. You need to take it along w/ the B6. Ask you doc!

I took it at night and it helped me the next morning/afternoon. I didn't get sick until after 6:00pm.
