Nausia Pills-ZOFRAN
Has anyone tried the,, are they safe? My dr prescribed tham as I am throwing up 3-6 times a day. any advice will help

My MS was not bad but I think quite a few ppl on here were prescribed with Zofran. I hope it helps!

I personally did not, but I have heard many girls on here talking about it. Some have already given birth, so they aren't on this board as much. Did you try doing a search on it? Lots of stuff should come up.

dm24angel was on a zofran pump.
When my daughter had the stomach bug, they gave her half a pill in the ER to control the vomitting so she could at least get some fluids down

I took them for a while. The pills themselves didnt help me at all.....And I continued to throw up so at like 25 weeks or so , I went onto a Zofran Pump. I get the Zofran medicine through an infusion pump on a constant basis now...I change the pump site etc myself at home.
Yes as far as I know its all safe, Zofran is safer then an antiobiotic in terms of harm to the fetus....I did a lot of research before I did this...or took anything.

I didn't however two of my close girlfriends did. One still PG (neesiepie) the other has a healthy baby boy. Don't worry it is totally safe.

ok thanks you, i really dont want to take anything btu its jsut so bad i cant do it anymore...it ALREADY threw up 6 times today....i cant keep any liquids down....maybee i should try ice chips...i dont know

if you cant keep any liquids down for 24 hours, you should go to the ER for IV hydration ( IV) .....I had to do that a few times early in the PG and a lot of us with bad MS had to as well.
