Its not surprising unfortunately. I can't forgot when I was visibly pregnant with my first and traveling to the city on the train and bus how everyone pretended to be asleep or turned the other way so they wouldn't give up their seats - MEN and WOMEN - i couldn't believe how people could be so thoughtless and rude until i gave up and towards the end of my pregnancy - i started asking people if I could have their seat - ummmm hello????

sorry for your experience - some people are just jerks!

I did have a guy shove me out of the way at the post office. He only had 2-3 letters, I had 20 [mine were pre-posted, but overnights]. He knocked them all out of my hands...I chewed him out in front of everyone. He ended up feeling like a jerk.

His defense? He didn't know I was pregnant...I reminded him that that fact was not relevant...he shoved a person out of his way who was there first but had more things. A$$.

After I had DD, I saw how rude people were then...NO ONE would hold a door so i could get my stroller in the mall/store. DD would also wave to people b/c she's friendly and get her feelings hurt when they ignored her...some would seriously look the other way! She was like 9 months old!!!

I wish people in cars could see my belly though!! LOL
