Windy City Novelty has alot of stuff as well, and their shipping is less expensive than Oriental Trading

Last year I had a luau...stuff was impossible to find.
This year...it's everywhere!!!

Most dollar/ .99 stores
Oriental Trading has a whole catalog dedicated to luau
This year I'm looking for the Farm theme. Of course...can't find stuff anywhere.
