Are any of you
carrying the baby in your hips? I feel like I have a tiny belly, but the baby is moving inside and I feel it poke me a few times a day. I don't know if my tilted uterus has anything to do with it, but Im almost 4 1/2 months and I think I'm carrying very small...could it be that the baby is in my hips? I can't wait to see my doctor next week and speak to him about it...he doesn't seem concerned about me at all, in fact he says everything is perfect...I must be bugging out but I wanted to know if any of you carried in your hips and when did you "pop"? I also haven't gained that much weight...I'm at 5 lbs and haven't budged since a few weeks ago.

I carried very low through the bulk of my PG. Most of my kicks were felt in my pelvis until about 26 weeks, then they started to get higher. I popped hard at about 25 weeks or so, then again at 32 weeks.

Thanks for responding...I was getting concerned, and even yesterday I saw some friends that I haven't seen in a while and they even commented how I don't even look pregnant...I guess its a good thing as long as my bean is growing.

With my son I barely looked PG when I delivered at 38 weeks.
This time I look much more preggo (my 37 week pic is in my album) but I have not gained any weight.
I too feel the baby very low. I constantly complain I feel movement in my butt

Everything was VERY low for me for a long time, like until I was in the late 20 weeks. I still feel what I guess is his head moving around in my hips.
And people who don't know me didn't realize I was pregnant for a LONG time. I was like 33 weeks and a waiter wanted to know what I wanted to drink at a restaurant and couldn't understand why my family was laughing.

Sylvia, don't you worry..
My SIL carried the same way..she didn't look pregnant until about her 6 month...She delivered my niece at almost 9 lbs....(8 lbs 13oz)...the baby was big & healthy...she carried the baby all around her hips...(another indication of having a girl)...so don't worry, your baby will be fine!!!

Oh Jesus...almost 9lbs??? Mike and I both have big heads so thats very possible...oh dear my vajayjay is going to get a beating if this happens...
