The house that we bought, June2006 looked at it with her DH and were considering putting an offer on it...I dont think she did though

It would be, that is why I never posted a pic of any house I looked at or placed an offer on. You just never know. Not on a public forum.

No worries, we're not buying for at least another 5 months. So you want that house? Go and get it!
I wish they posted inside photos. The description looks awesome, and if it's as nice inside as it is outside, that's a great deal.
I have a feeling someone is going to be at that open house in 2 weeks.

Me, Me, Me. There were several gals here on LIF who were in the same ballpark price as we were and were looking in the same area. I just stayed extremely discreet about it until we signed the contracts in fear that someone else would slide in under us and steal it..

I wouldnt post a house i was looking at until it was mine!
My house never actually made it to MLS so that wasnt an issue, but I wouldnt go into any further detail than telling the town where the house is located.

I wasn't worried about anyone buying my house....it was way too much of a fixer for most people. I was stalking all for sale homes in our neighborhood prior to finding our house & there were two houses next to eachother for sale on my block & it turns out one of them was purchased at the same time I bought mine by one of our members. so we are neighbors now!
