Poll for Sellers

I'm curious to know how long everyone's homes/co-ops/condos, etc. have been on the market now.

We have a co-op, and we are approaching our 8th month on the market. We have had 3 offers, but only one was anywhere near our list price.

Just curious to know where others stand.

I would like to know as well.

I cant give you an answer for ours as we just listed our condo (in boston) on Thursday 3/15. If I had to take a guess, I think ours is going to sell in less than one month, or will sit for a long while. I am obsessing over this, it seems to be fun, while fustrating too. We had one person come already the day it was listed and we have another person coming to see it today.

I am just so bummed because the south boston st paddys day parade is on sunday here, so our first open house will not be until 3/25....
