I believe you can head south to either the Merrick or Bellmore stations. My husband's co-worker lives in East Meadow and parks in Bellmore to catch the train.

Depends on where in East Meadow. Bellmore, Merrick, Westbury are all good.
Hint: Bellmore and Merrick are on a better line than Westbury. The Babylon line runs more often and is on time more.
