Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
Hi ladies...how exactly do you wear this thing? I have had it for a few weeks now (since 12wks) wearing it with my regular pants with just the button unbuttoned and the band covering it and that has worked great but, now that I am approaching 15 weeks - this is not very comfortable anymore - by the end of the day it actually hurts! So my question is - do you ladies wear it with the zipper undone too? Or am I just uncomfortable because my jeans are too tight
Thanks in advance

Re: Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
I only know what I have read on here b/c I am still too new for a Bella Band. But yes, people wear them with the zipper undone. I don't think I would like be comfortable like that, though. I think that the zipper would scratch and dig. I'm still going to try it, though.

Re: Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
Sorry, can't help. I never used one. I just bought maternity pants at about 9-10 weeks. Not the ones with the pouch, but the ones with the wide waistband - very comfortable until about 20-22 weeks or so, for me.

Re: Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
I am 18 weeks now and have been wearing the bella bad since around 13 weeks. At first I just had the pants unbuttoned and the bella band folded in half to cover the pants. As things have progressed now I leave the zipper and button undone and use the full band to cover my pants and stomach. At first I though it felt tight and maybe a little awkward, but after a week or 2 I LOVE it, all my pants are still non maternity.

Re: Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
I stsrted with just wearing it with the button undone. Then I went to the zipper undone. Now at 26 weeks, I can't really do either so I am completely in maternity pants. The Bella Band is great and you get a lot more wear out of your regular pants, but IMO it's not as comfortable as maternity pants.

Re: Proper way to wear the Bella Band?
I started wearing mine at 10 weeks, jeans unbuttoned and I folded it in half so that I had extra support. A few weeks later I needed to unzip a bit too. I had the bottom of the band starting almost at the bottom of the zipper. At 15 weeks and 3 days I had to stary wearing maternity pants and now, I don't know why I waited, they are so comfy! One pair is a bit loose so I wore the band to hold them up - worked perfectly. I was thinking about wearing it over my belly today because the sweater I'm wearing isn't maternity and a bit short but I layerd a maternity t-shirt under it instead.
