We are in contract......
Talk about Murphy's Law- after the debacle with the crazy wench who overly low-balled us after leading us on for a month, we decided to pull our home off the market for a year and try again next spring.
The day we pulled it- our agent got a call from some guy who'd been watching our house in the listings. I guess he wanted to see how low we'd go- but flipped when he saw we withdrew the listing. He came that afternoon to see the house, and we had an offer that night (we settled at 2,000 below asking price).
It was too funny when he came to see the house- DH and I just stood in the backyard with the dog, shooting daggers at him and his agent. We were just so DONE with the home-selling experience, and couldn't give 2 sh!ts if we sold at that point.....
Home inspection is March 15, closing set for April 11.....
