A friend sent me this, I would adopt them if I could
I already have to 2 big labs. Honestly, if no one does I may break down and take them.
Here is the email I received from my friend:
'One of my colleagues has a friend with terminal cancer and he is seeking a home for his two 4 year old black labs. He wants them to stay together. Some details on them below and photos attached.The dogs are in Jersey and he needs to find a place for them pretty quickly.
Details: *Black Labs, Male, Adult, Altered. Hunter and Fame are two gorgeous pure-bred labs, brothers, who find themselves needing a new home now that their owner has become too ill to care for them. They are truly wonderful dogs. The owner's grandchildren can crawl all over them and like a typical lab; they just lay there and love it. Both are neutered, and up to date on their shots. They are housebroken and are very well behaved.
They are about 4 years old. We would love to keep these two boys together if possible; they are the best of friends*. '

Beautiful Dogs. I am going to crosspost this on NFR for more traffic. I already have 2 100+ pund dogs, but they are really beautiful dogs.

OMG- too bad we can't have them in our apartment b/c I would take them both if we could
Jake wants lab as soon as we buy a house
I hope they find a good home
(this coming from a girl who 2 months ago didn't want a cat- who now gets mad if the cat doesn't want to sleep in her bed- and who says people can't change)

OMG they are gorgeous dogs. I don't think we would all fit in my 500 sq ft apt. with Chloe  I would have loved them!

I will ask around to my rescue friends.
Is there a Lab rescue group that they can contact so that the dogs don't end up in a shelter?
