I lived on them during both my pregnancies.

I will say that you should make sure you drinks tons of water! I ended up with a kidney stone from all that calcium!

Yikes, I will remember that...my mom said kidney stones were the only thing worse than childbirth Chat Icon

I ended up with a kidney infection and hospitalized for a week when DD was only 3 weeks old! Not fun! Water is key!! I know now! Chat Icon

great..I have to pop these like candy...
I have heartburn 24-7
I don't think I drink enough water for all that.
I know 5 are fine--I go waay over 5.
