did anyone go over there on or about date?

so we have been paitent up until this point but Im startingto get really fustrated with this whole home buying proccess. Our on or about date was Jan 15 which techincally means cno later than feb 15th but the house that we are buying from the title did not come back as clear as the oweners had a bankruptcy which they said they paid off but they still havent gotten the letter from the bankruptcy attorney to clear the title and they can close until they have that. They ordered the paperwork jan1 and they said it takes 4-8 wks to come in. Im so fustrated and tired of waiting for a closing date. In the meanwhile Im selling my coop and the buyer is starting to get fustrated with waiting as well because we are all clear to close on that. I feel like jumping off the nearest bridge with the prospect of having to wait another 2 weeks for the paperwork for these people

Yes, we were supposted to close on the 15th of December but it got pushed back to the 20th. Nice thing to do to us before Christmas. They wanted to push it back even further.
