allposters.com is pretty good and they have sales often.

we have used michael's a few times and have been happy. right now they're having a 50% off sale.

Where do you live? When I lived in Whitestone I used a good place called Rambrich, on 150 St. They had good prices and did excellent work.
Since I moved, I had the last few things done at Michaels. They have the 50% off thing pretty often, and they also did a great job on a few of our things.
