They did, they are free to leave but must go back for the trial.
I hope they also charged air traffic there, since they are the ones that gave them the flight plan and lost them!! I totally think they are to blame and they are using the pilots as scapegoats!!

we don't have an extradiction policy with Brazil- so it works both ways

I totally agree. I mean, if they kept them there for as long as they did and then let them go, obviously they had nothing obvious or concrete to charge them with.

I just realized I said should be charged- I meant shouldn't be- but I think you guys got what I meant
