What to get for daycare workers?

Liam is cared for mainly by two women. But they come in from 7am so there's one lady that comes in earlier and she watches the kids from 6:30 am to I guess 7:30-ish when the others come in, but I guess she still helps out during the morning. Then the 2 main ladies leave before we pick him up (sounds like we leave him all day long...lol...not really it's just how their hours are) and another lady watches whoever is still there until 6pm.

He's only been there since November. If I were to give money how much is appropriate? I was thinking $30 but is that alot for 2 month's time? I think any less would look cheap. Or should I buy something instead? If so, what? One lady is Israeli, so I can check with my friend who is Kosher on what chocolates I can get (I think Godiva is kosher) but I would probably just get a small box that that may seem cheap?

Do I have to get for the other two ladies too? The morning one I don't really feel I should since I know the 2 main ladies come in at 7am and so she's really just mainly watching him for 10 or 15 mins after I drop him off, the afternoon/early evening lady probably watches him for 1 or 2 hours or so.

There are 3 girls total that watch Jackson, but they're fairly young, so I bought them OPI nail polish, a pack of different colored tinted Burt's Bees lip balm, and some body lotion. It was like $35 for all that (each girl, that is).

Maybe get the main caretakers a gift and the others the chocolate.

There are 2 ladies plus the owner who I am buying a gift for. I was thinking about getting them an AMEX gift gard with some chocolate or something.
