Just got this email from my Stroller Strides group, if anyone is interested in coming! Zumba was awesome last week. I had so much fun and didn't think I would be so sore the next day! If not, you can come any other regular day for a free trial. Just thought I'd share b/c I love Stroller Strides so much!


STRUMBA and Baby Boogie Dance Party begins!! Stroller Strides® and Zumba®...a specialty class taught by a certified Zumba® instructor...we bring the latest fitness craze to you! Friday January 16th, 10am outside of Panera at the Broadway Mall. Come a bit early to register and bring a yoga mat/towel.

After class, babies of all ages will want to boogie with their mommies at our Baby Boogie Dance Party!

Zumba-A total body workout with fat-burning dance moves and toning exercises, Zumba ® makes you feel like you're out dancing with friends! It's a mix of salsa, merengue, samba and more, but with non-complicated choreagraphy that's easy to follow. Come join the party!
