I thought hanging the blanket on the wall looked really cute. Has any done this? Do you use a special rod or can you just buy a short curtain rod?

Re: Saw this on PB Kids website...

i wonder if the blanket is actually a special blanket that has a place to thread the rod through??

b/c it looks almost like they have a regular towel rod for a bathroom holding it.

It was the blanket from one of the PB Kids bedding sets. I guess you'd also have sew a few loops on the back.

Some quilts do come with a display rod pocket or loops or you can add your own by sewing or even just safety pin some ribbons to tie.

They also make what's called quilt clips that you can use in two corners or a few across. They come with different shapes like stars, butterflies, even plain for non baby quilts...

You can use regular curtain hardware mounted to the wall or find special quilt hangers...

Some people even use a strip of velcro ironed on to the back of the quilt and stapled to the wall or a piece of wood behind.
