What are you getting your 2 or 3 yo boys for Christmas?
Poor 3rd child DS, I feel like we already own the bulk of what I'd buy him for Christmas. I have a few things but trying to come up with more, especially a 'wow' gift would be nice.

What are you getting your 2 or 3 yo boys for Christmas?
My twins will be 2 next month, they got a train table from us, a sandbox from my in-laws, a work bench from my parents and a play kitchen from my brother. I limit gifts. The train table is from my husband and I and santa brought them each 2 trains for their table and 2 books each. We don’t really do many “Santa” gifts.

Play kitchen, food to go with it, a giant stuffed giraffe, animal/dinosaur figurines, books. We also get a Hess truck for my boys to share.

Action figures, car/train tracks, pop-up tent w tunnel to keep him active on cold days

I had trouble this year since he’s #4, and like you we have everything.
He’s getting magnatiles, duplos, pj masks thing, and a paw patrol helicopter.
Last year we got him an indoor trampoline, and that’s been a huge hit, along with his train table, just in case you don’t have those.
