Stroller help
I'm going to be in the market for a new stroller...unfortunately I got rid of all of my strollers after number 3 except for my jogger, but it isn't convenient at all, so we just used it for running and the soccer field. Looking for something that won't break the bank (this will be the only baby that uses it!) and would like it to be smallish when folded up. I'm not overly concerned with the basket size or anything or gimmicky features...would love for it to be good from like 6 months and get me through until I just use an umbrella stroller. Thanks!

Re: Stroller help
I'm using a five year old Citi Mini GT with my second kid and I still love this thing. It's pretty light, it can open and close it with one hand, fits fine in my sedan when folded, and the shade is awesome. The rugged tires have been handy too -- works decently on gravel driveways, over roots/rough sidewalks, and smooth trails/fire roads.

I agree. I would go with either the City Mini GT or the regular City Mini. I have a regular City mini and it's y go to strollers. I have owned dozens of strollers between my two kids and the City mini is by far the most versatile. If I had to choose just one stroller that would be it. You can also buy the car seat adaptors for it and use it as a travel system.
FTR: I saw one in the TRU in Massapequa. Not sure how much it was but everything there was 30% off or more.

Stroller help
Assuming you're planning to use a snap and go at first, I might wait to see how long you get out of it. My kids used that 95% of the time for the first year (18 months for my second who was a peanut). I kind of wish I'd just gotten a really nice umbrella stroller bc by then they didn't need anything big by then. I have the city mini and I hate it. I'm starting to wonder if it's defective bc everyone seems to love them. I do like that it folds small but it is awful to maneuver. I have a bagile double which is the same style but so much better to push. I would push my double over the single city mini of that tells you anything.

Re: Stroller help
We used the uppababy g lux with my DS starting at 6 months. We used the uppaby Cruz as well, but I have a friend who went from the snap and go to the g lux and it worked well for her. I will say, she was always envious of the basket on my Cruz... but if you know off the bat you don’t care about that, then it’s a great option.
