CPSE Physical Therapy
Does anyone have child receiving PT through CPSE that receives their services at preschool or daycare? What agency do you use? My DS was just approved and I'm having trouble finding someone who can go to his daycare.

CPSE Physical Therapy
What area? We used tender age in Oakdale and PPT in Commack for EI but I know tender age definitely does cpse too. For cpse we always went to the therapist and I don't think they had anyone that traveled.

Merrick/Bellmore area. I would go to a gym but most places I've been calling do not have availability after 4pm. A lot of the issues he is having with gross motor are affecting him at school so I'd prefer someone to go to his school and see him in his setting.

Sorry, I just meant the particular agency we used for cpse they didn't travel bc there were only one or two PTs. With dd she got reevaluated come January and tested out so maybe openings will pop up if you don't have luck now. I hope you find someone quickly though.

We got ei for PT at daycare but had trouble finding someone once she was ready to age into cpse. We now take her to Hagedorn little village. They are so wonderful there, and were able to accommodate time slots 5:00 or later. Just know that if you go this route, your district has to okay that the services are occurring out of “school times”.
