Snow tubing
We are heading to kalahari in a couple weeks, but I was thinking about going snow tubing on one of the days. Has anyone been? I was looking at camelback, but wasn’t sure how far that is or age limits? Our youngest is 21 months, so I’m not sure if I’m crazy thinking he can go too? He loved sledding last year , but we also have an almost 9, almost 4 and 7 year old who I think would love it too!

Re: Snow tubing
When are you going? As of today, the snow tubing is still closed at Camelback due to it not being cold enough. Not sure when they reopen for the season.
Daily Conditions
Daily Conditions: DUE TO HIGH TEMPS, CAMELBACK SNOWTUBING HAS ClOSED FOR THE SEASON.
SEE YOU NEXT WINTER!
But yes, Camelback is close to Kahlahri

Ohh thank you for that, I didn’t even think to check that! We are going nov 27-30th, so probably too early for snow tubing.

Yeah not sure when they open for the season. You can always call, because the website doesn't list dates - just says- check back next season

Snow tubing
Most snowtubing places don't open until around Christmas. Your youngest wouldn't be able to go anyway, most have height/age requirements. Camelback is 44"

In PA you won’t have snow or cold enough temps for them to make snow in November.

this. They have to be a certain height and they usually don't open until end of December sometimes even in Jan.

Thank you for the height requirement! I couldn’t find it anywhere on there website, it just said all ages for snow tubing, so I assumed they had a little slope for toddlers.

We went two years ago. My kids were not 44" and they definitely were able to go, it just had to be a double tube with an adult.
