Disney Report

We're on our way home from Disney, and I thought I'd give a quick review:

We stayed at art of animation in a little mermaid room with our 1 and 3 year old, and thought it was great. It was super reasonable, the transportation was great, and the cafeteria worked great for us too.

We also did the dining plan, and I'm so glad we did. I would never have done as many character meals without it.

Day one- we flew in and checked into our hotel. I also had some stuff delivered from garden grocers, but I ordered a bit too much. We explored our hotel, and had lunch in the cafeteria.

We did dinner at chef mickeys, which was great to meet the characters. With such little kids I didn't really want to wait in lines, so I tried to do the characters this way. We weren't all that impressed with the food, but I would do it again just for the experience.

Day two- we spent the day in the magic kingdom.

We got there around 830, and waited for about 15 minutes to see chip and dale when we first got there. I had fast passes for Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, and jungle cruise. With our additional fast passes through the app once we went on those, and from just waiting, we also got to do Aladdin, dumbo, barnstormer, the carousel, and the teacups, never waiting more than 10 minutes. The baby also went on everything except dumbo and barnstormer which was great. We did lunch at Harbour house, which was just ok.

Day three we went to Hollywood studios and Epcot.

At Hollywood studios we had breakfast with the Disney jr characters at Hollywood and vine which was ok, and then met Olaf and did the frozen sing along.

Epcot we did some booths at food and wine before it got too busy, and got to meet Mary poppins, Elsa, and Anna. We also rode the three amigos ride, the nemo ride, and the frozen ride without waiting more than 10/15 min for anything.

Dinner we had had akershus, and it was our favorite meal. The princesses were great, and the food was good too.

I can't wait to go back Chat Icon

Mary Poppins meets in England. She’s in the back. Her meet times are posted when you walk over. (Epcot)

She also often meets near Crystal Palace in MK.
