Shocked!
So... I just found out I'm pregnant with #2. To say I'm shocked is an understatement.... I'm freaking out.
I've always wanted 2, but DD is only 18 months and I wanted to wait til she was a little older, maybe even in school, especially because of daycare costs.
I'm happy but also beside myself with worry. Talk me down, tell me it's okay that 2 under 3 isn't that bad!

Congratulations. As a mother of 4 who totally freaked out over every pregnancy, trust me when I tell you, everything will work out amazingly. It's a bit harder but you will adjust. The bond they will have will make it all worth it.

Congrats! My girls are just over 2.5 years apart and it's great. My oldest was old enough to have some independence and be helpful in some ways. Now they're almost 3 and 5.5 and I love that they're close enough in age to really play together and have common interests.

Thank you! It's not something I expected at all... and not something I have much experience with. My sister and I are 8 years apart. But now that the shock has worn off a bit... I'm starting to get excited.
I'm also just a little bummed at starting over again, but I guess it's better to do it now than a few years down the line. I planned on transitioning DD to a bed and potty training at 2, we're just saying goodbye to bottles. I just finished nursing 6 months ago!

I had dd in a bed, off bottles, and potty trained when ds was born (she was 27 mo).
It's infinitely more work, whereas I though it would only be double 
But it's incredible to see them together. And you get the stage over with in one foul swoop. I think it's a perfect age range.

I'm going to have to do the same- DD turns 2 in April and I'm due in June. I'm like a minute pregnant and already sh!tting myself.
I'm also so worried because I had such an easy time with DD- pregnancy, labor, getting her to STTN, nursing- she was such an easy baby! No one gets that lucky twice!

Two close in age is super fun in ways and make you drink in others

I did  neither of mine sleep, but apart from that i couldn't have asked for easier pregnancies/deliveries/babies/nursing etc

Congrats!! My first 2 were 2 under 2 and yes it was hard, but the bond is amazing! They are now 8 (almost 9) and 7 and they are honestly the best of friends! It makes things more fun as they get older and 1 isn't left out etc.

My 1st 2 are 22 months apart and my 2nd and soon to be 3rd will be like 2.5 years apart. I will have 3 kids ages 4 and under! It is not bad. Busy and crazy but totally awesome also. I am more of a relaxed person though. Everything will work out. Congratulations!

I had 2 under 2 (they were 15 months apart to be exact)...2 under three will be great! There are tough days but as they grow up it is amazing to have them so close in age and watch them bond

I had two under 3. Wasnt bad at all. We actually planned it that way. My kids are now 5 and 7. Its a great age gap

Congratulations! I had two under two and am still surviving lol. It all works out! You just roll with it :) and when things get really crazy I recommend wine.

Congrats!!! I got pregnant with my second (planned) when DS was 19 month old. I think it's the perfect age difference. Yes, it was a bit challenging in the beginning to have 2 in diapers, but my kids are so close. They are now 4.5yo and almost 2.5yo. They get along so well, love each other, look out for each other, etc. Plus, now that they are both getting older, we can do more things with both of them. It's perfect!
