Who would you need to contact to fix issues with cracks/holes in the foundation of a house?

I would think a contractor. Maybe even an architect if really bad to make sure the foundation is still safe depending on how bad the cracks are and whats causing them

You would need a foundation contractor if you are looking for a repair. If the problem just started you may want to contact a geo-technical engineer to get to the root of the problem before you make any repairs.
