Foreclosure question
A relative of mine has been in foreclosure for 7 years. The newest update online says that 9/24/17 is the foreclosure sale date. Does anyone know if that means the home was sold at auction? and maybe how long they have after that?

Foreclosure question
That means the auction is set to be held on 9/24. The auction is not a sure thing. It can be stopped by bankruptcy or an order to show cause. If the house is sold, then there might be an eviction procedure if they refuse to get out.
